The GRI program includes 90 hours of education coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law, housing construction, finance, professional arbitration and mediation, technology, cultural diversity and environmental issues. 

Today, there are over one million Realtors in America, but only 4% of Realtors nationwide hold the prestigious CRS designation. Real estate professionals who earn this designation have completed specialized coursework in residental sales and marketing and have submitted documentation substantiating their listing and sales performance.

The MRE designation is designed to provide advanced training beyond all other designations. Critical skills of the real estate business and market driven education in current real estate topics and issues are mastered.

Mary, who hails from Yakima, Washington, has been happily married to her husband George for 32 years and the mother of identical twin sons, John and Peter.  The family calls Fort Collins home and enjoys trips to Grand Lake, near Rocky Mountain National Park, for summer relaxing and winter snowmobiling.
